The reservation is considered firm and definitive from the time we receive your credit card number.

Payment for your stay and related services should be made directly to the establishment.

Cancellation conditions
A reservation may be cancelled up to 6:00 p.m. on the third day preceding the scheduled arrival date.
If the reservation is cancelled less than 3 days before the scheduled arrival date, not cancelled at all, or if the guest does not show up, we will bill one night's stay at the rate indicated on the reservation.
